Production & Delivery

  • 48-hour amendment window: Once you place your order, you have 48 hours to modify or cancel. After this, the order enters production.

  • Production lead time: 5–7 working days, where our team begins crafting your bespoke piece.

  • Delivery: 30–45 working days across the UK. Premium furniture takes time, and we make no compromises on quality.

  • Scheduled delivery: Large pieces are delivered by appointment, ensuring safety and convenience.


Guarantee & After-Sales

Buying high-ticket furniture requires trust. That is why we provide a 2-year guarantee on all Bleyola pieces, covering manufacturing defects.

Our after-sales service (SAV) includes:

  • Support by email and phone (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm UK time).

  • Help with assembly, care, and maintenance.

  • Quick handling of warranty claims (repair, replacement, or refund if required).
