Bleyola is a trading name of NINSEBLE UK HOUSE LIMITED, registered in England & Wales under company number 15754601.

  1. Order nature: made-to-order & personalised
    At NINSEBLE UK HOUSE LIMITED (trading as Bleyola), every piece of furniture is made-to-order, meaning production only begins after your purchase.
    Every client is unique, so our items may include personalisation options (size, finish, fabric, details). This reflects our commitment to minimalist luxury for the modern 21st-century lifestyle.

  2. 48-hour amendment period
    After placing your order, you have 48 hours to request changes or cancellations.
    After this, your order enters production (5–7 working days) and can not be cancelled.

  3. Right of withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
    You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Exception: personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless defective.

  1. Guarantee & defects
    All furniture sold by NINSEBLE UK HOUSE LIMITED (trading as Bleyola) includes a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
    If a defect occurs, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@bleyola.co.uk within 30 days of discovery, along with photos.

  2. Refunds
    Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
    Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  3. Return shipping costs

  • Voluntary withdrawal (14 days): Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Defective, damaged, or non-conforming items: Return shipping costs are fully covered by NINSEBLE UK HOUSE LIMITED (trading as Bleyola).

We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe return of the goods.
