2. Scope

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on bleyola.co.uk by consumers within the United Kingdom.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

3. Products

All products sold on bleyola.co.uk are made-to-order luxury furniture.
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur.
Product descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided for guidance only.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
After placing an order, you have 48 hours to amend or cancel it.
After this period, the order enters production (5–7 working days) and cannot be cancelled.
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery within the UK is free, unless additional charges apply for remote areas (clearly shown at checkout).
Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will remain at the price confirmed during checkout.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfer for orders above £1,500.
Payment is required in full at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely (SSL encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance).

7. Production & delivery

Production lead time: 5–7 working days after the 48-hour amendment period.
Delivery lead time: 30–45 working days across the UK.
Large items may require scheduled delivery. Customers must ensure access (doorways, staircases, lifts).
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

Non-personalised items: you have the right to cancel and return within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Personalised or custom-made items: returns are not accepted, unless the item is defective.
All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

9. Guarantee

All Bleyola furniture is covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee covers structural faults, material defects, or workmanship issues.
It does not cover: normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of enjoyment, missed deadlines).

11. Intellectual property

All content on bleyola.co.uk (text, designs, logos, images, product descriptions) is the property of NINSEBLE UK HOUSE LIMITED.
Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

12. Governing law & disputes

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
