All our furniture is made to order. Production begins after the 48-hours amendment period and takes 5–7 working days before dispatch.
2. Delivery time

UK delivery typically takes 30–45 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping costs

Standard delivery across the UK is free of charge.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands) may incur an extra fee. Customers will be informed at checkout.
4. Delivery method

Large furniture items may require scheduled delivery. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access is available for large items (door sizes, stairways, lifts).
5. Tracking information
Once dispatched, every order receives a tracking number sent via email.
6. Delays & responsibilities

We are not liable for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, customs).

However, our support team is available to assist in resolving delivery issues.
7. Damaged or missing items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to contact@bleyola.co.uk with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
