This Payment Policy explains the methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and what guarantees you have as a client of Bleyola.


1. Accepted payment methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • PayPal: including PayPal Buyer Protection

  • Klarna / Clearpay (Pay in 3 instalments): subject to eligibility

  • Bank transfers (on request): for orders above £1,500 (contact our team for details)

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).


2. Payment timing

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and start your order.

  • As Bleyola furniture is made-to-order, your payment secures both the production slot and the materials reserved for your item.


3. Payment security

  • All card transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

  • We do not store full credit card details.


4. VAT & pricing transparency

  • All prices on bleyola.co.uk are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • Any additional fees (e.g., delivery surcharges for remote UK areas) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


5. Fraud prevention

For security reasons, Bleyola reserves the right to:

  • Verify billing and delivery addresses before dispatch.

  • Contact clients for identity confirmation on high-value transactions.

  • Cancel and refund suspicious or unauthorised transactions.

This ensures the protection of both our clients and our brand.


6. Refunds & returns

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days after approval.
